Dr. Raja Kumar is a distinguished scholar of Russian language and literature and currently serves as Guest Faculty at the University of Delhi. Holding a Ph.D., along with NET and JRF qualifications, he combines a strong academic foundation from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) with advanced professional training from Moscow State Pedagogical University. He has taught undergraduate students at JNU and is known for his structured, interactive, and culturally immersive approach to Russian language teaching.

Dr. Kumar has earned international recognition for his excellence in Russian language proficiency, receiving prestigious awards such as the International Digital Student Olympiad in Russian Language “Homo dicens” organized by Moscow State Pedagogical University, and the International Online Olympiad in Russian as a Foreign Language conducted under the aegis of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and Saint Petersburg State University.

A published researcher and passionate educator, Dr. Kumar actively contributes to research publications, presentations, and literary work in Russian.
